1ManAgencyPlan is a partner product operating under SCALEUPGENIUSHUB LLP. It is not a separate legal entity. All services, workshops, and offerings under the 1ManAgencyPlan brand are governed by these Terms and the associated policies of SCALEUPGENIUSHUB LLP. The Company's liability relating to 1ManAgencyPlan offerings is strictly limited as described in the Limitation of Liability clause herein.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks, methodologies, brand names, logos, course materials, workshop content, video recordings, AI prompts, system architectures, the AI Freedom Framework, 1ManAgencyPlan materials, and any other proprietary materials available on the Website or delivered as Services are the exclusive intellectual property of SCALEUPGENIUSHUB LLP.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
